With your booking you will receive detailed directions as well as all important contact numbers. It is essential that you arrive at our heliport offices 40 to 60 minutes prior to departure. You will be briefed on all necessary safety instructions and be handed a lifejacket for emergencies.
Shortly before take-off, the pilot will introduce himself and our ground crew will accompany you to the helicopter, where you will be assisted in fastening your seatbelts.
The pilot will start the engines and the rotor blades will start to rotate. With a quick jerk you will be vertically taking off into the sky and your helicopter tour can begin.
